This camera has a fatal flaw. I bought mine from Photo Arsenal. They knowingly sent it to me with the internal mirror floating loosely inside the camera’s finder. Without that mirror in its proper place, it’s impossible to focus. Photo Arsenal said it must have been damaged by DHL’s transit and to file a claim with them. Anyone who’s ever tried to file a claim with DHL, FED EX, UPS etc… knows that it’s an uphill battle to get any compensation. The camera cost $1045.00. It’s going to cost $200 to get it repaired by Stephen Gandy. Needless to say, I got ripped off. Regardless, I just wanted to point out this camera’s weakness. I’ve read of others having this same problem. I should point out that mine is the limited anniversary edition, hence the higher price. Regardless of that, it’s not a Leica M3!
