Well, it IS a lens cap. Being so, it does provide protection for your lens. There is a HOWEVER, however: if you buy a filter for that 82 mm lens, be prepared for this cap to pop off at any time. I would STRONGLY suggest adding a lens cap holder (the thing with the elastic that goes over the lens barrel and attaches to the cap with a string and circular adhesive attachment).

I play high school hockey and bantam A I play right wing but I have trouble breaking Center Pinch the puck out when there is pressure on me like in games any tips on how to make it easier? What can I do so I get it out fast but don't messes up because the defenseman is always pinching in on me when I get the puck and my center usually is not there?
