It’s dirt cheap but the quality is abysmal. The glass was greenish and rattled in the frames. It had all the problems you’d expect from a single-element design and then some. But then hey, if you’re on a tight budget it might let you get some sort of shot when otherwise you’d have nothing. Note that you need to use it with a telephoto lens (or a zoom with a good telephoto range) to get much magnification.
Help answer the question about Macro Close
is there a such thing as a digital camera with super macro capabilities w/o having to buy additional lenses?
i want to know if there are any digital cameras, Macro Close around $300 or less, that have the capability of taking really great macro/up close shots - really clear shots, with out having to buy additional/separate lenses? i want to do super macro shots! but then i get confused when it comes to having to buy additional lenses, figure out different settings, etc. thanks!
