Loaded the software onto my Vista based desktop. Install was slow – but no problems. Started up the scanner and used the software it came with. Wicked fast! What’s more – I can put multiple photos on the scanner and the program will automatically crop to each individual photo. My huge photo scanning project now seems rather manageable. Worth every penny! Note – I am only using this for photos. Have a Nikon scanner for my negatives and slides – so am not able to comment on the quality of this feature.
Help answer the question about Digital Film
Best way to convert film negatives into digital format?
I wish to scan negatives into digital format - I don't want Digital Film to have to take them to a store to do it however - mainly because I am shooting with a toy camera onto 35mm film and the image gets cropped when I take it to a shop. What sort of scanners are out there that would be suitable?
