How can i get in the best shape and perfect condition for soccer?
I just had a game this saturday and 10 minutes into the game i was really Perfect Condition tired and already out of breath and ready for a break.I love soccer and i play it 4 my school and right now during the sunmer.but i am really out of shape so i just started running the day b4 yesterday.wat else could i do or any suggestions on wat 2 dothanks
