Like others have said you get what you pay for. The lense is solid feeling and looks like it will last a while. It also a lot cheaper than other wide angle lenses you can buy. While it does a decent job of giving you more of the scene there is noticeable barreling and blurring at the edges especially in lower light and lense flare is a definite issue.
