How much should I pay for a Pentax K1000?
It's been out of production for ten years now. I'm just buying the camera with the 50mm lens and lens cap. The manual isn't included (but you can find Cap Pentax it online, anyway).I'm just not sure when to stop on eBay. What price is a rip-off and what isn't? Do you think I could easily find this camera in a thrift shop or at a yard sale since it was THE camera all beginner photography classes would recommend for their students to use? I would think it's sort of common to come across.Ugh! I just don't know. Someone enlighten me, please.
