It’s dirt cheap but the quality is abysmal. The glass was greenish and rattled in the frames. It had all the problems you’d expect from a single-element design and then some. But then hey, if you’re on a tight budget it might let you get some sort of shot when otherwise you’d have nothing. Note that you need to use it with a telephoto lens (or a zoom with a good telephoto range) to get much magnification.
Help answer the question about Filter Fuji
I want to fit filters on my Fuji Finepix S1000fd.?
I would like to use some Cokin (or similar) filters on my Fuji Finepix S1000fd, but there is no thread for fitting a filter ring. Filter Fuji Any ideas how I can get around this problem. If I can get round it, do you know where I can buy the parts, please?Also..Is it possible to permanently fit a UV filter on the front of my lens. Because there is no thread a screw in lens cannot be fitted, but there are two lugs which make think it is possible to put something on the front of the lens.
