This is an excellent product that works as advertised. I used it several times while snorkeling in Mexico, going in and out of the water multiple times in a day. There was never a drop of leaked water, even when I skin-dived down. The pictures taken through the polycarbonate lens were clear, the bag was far less bulky than a hard-shell case and easy to swim with, and the leash made sure it didn’t get away from me. I will definitely use it on all future snorkeling trips.
I dropped this product one star because the directions could be a little clearer (worth watching the video online) and because they did not include extra silica-gel packets which would be useful for humid climates. Make sure you size the bag correctly. Mine was perhaps a little bigger than it needed to be. Otherwise snorkelers should buy this.
Help answer the question about Inner Grip
What are the inner and outer radii of the shell?
One kilogram of glass (density Inner Grip = 2.60 X 10^3) is shaped into a hollow spherical shell that just barely floats in water. That are the inner and outer radii? Do not assume the shell is thin!
