lens-accessories How come you should buy Cap Dslr

This protective cover does the job intended, but the reasons I don’t give it five stars is 1) it scratches easily, and 2) it allows dust to get inside the space between the cover and the camera, requiring regular cleanings (which easily scratches the cover). Having said that, I recommend buying one of these since it to better to have a protected camera than not.


Help answer the question about Cap Dslr
Why shouldn't you press the shutter of a DSLR camera without a lens or cap on?
Is it dust? Or will it break the mirrors? Does it damage your camera? I just got a new camera today and I don't have a lens yet so I wanted to test it out and took a few pictures with no lens Cap Dslr or cap over the mirrors to make sure everything works, some with flash, some without. I took maybe 10-15 total.Did I break it?!I've been saving for a really long time..
