I have this on my DCR-HC30 camcorder…it really opens up the viewing angle and looks more natural to my eye than the stock lens by itself.
One interesting thing I noticed is that detail and clarity actually seem better… it adds a nice ‘pop’ to the images, and like another reviewer I don’t like to take it off(!)
